MANAGER
Job Description/Job Responsibilities
1.
Develops a Business plan &
Sales Plan for the market that ensures attainment of goals.
2.
Meet vigorously the allotted sales targets of DELHI TEAM i.e. 15 Lakhs
per month along you’re your Sales Executives.
3.
Accurate and Timely PLANNING on selling and pricing strategies
on all prospects, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
4.
Meet
Clients
Queries as
and when required, to achieve targets.
5.
Interactive Communication dealing with new and existing Clients.
6.
Monitoring the Performance of Sales Executive and Sales Coordinator.
7.
Dealing and Handling of CLIENTS with an optimistic attitude.
8.
Continuous Performance Review of Sales Team so as Strategizing NEW
Promotional SCHEMES.
9.
Monitoring &
motivating your team so as to ensure high level of productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile
Required:
1. MBA + 3-4 years of experience in
DIRECT sales Marketing preferably in Equipments
2.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
3.
Planning, Strategizing and Implementation of marketing tools so as to
meet target
4.
Strong Selling, interpersonal and presentation skills.
5.
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
6.
Good leadership skills and able to organize, motivate and liaise with
the junior staff
7.
Manager is able to adjust with fast changing business conditions.
8.
Good Knowledge of ISO
